A rooftop oasis where minimalist design embraces the tactile and the organic. This reimagined restaurant, bathed in bright, even daylight, fosters a seamless connection between its interior and the open sky thanks to a retractable roof and the removal of the wall separating the bar and terrace.

The design narrative unfolds through a curated selection of natural materials and a serene color palette. Light oak wood furniture introduces warmth, juxtaposed against the raw elegance of limestone samples. Textured plaster walls, finished in a granulated off-white, provide a tactile backdrop, their subtle variations highlighted by strategically placed light strips and wall sconces. Olive green fabric accents introduce a touch of muted earthiness, echoing the natural beauty of the olive trees thoughtfully integrated into the space.

The overall aesthetic is one of organic modernism – a harmonious blend of clean lines and natural forms. The neutral and earthy color palette creates a calming atmosphere. This design prioritizes texture and natural light, inviting guests to experience a truly sensory dining environment.
